Las Vegas Amateur Radio exams are usually given the second Saturday of each month beginning promptly at 12:30 PM at the Parish Hall of All Saints Episcopal Church. The exams are administered by the local Volounteer Examiner Coordinator (VEC). Pahrump also has local examination facilities at the Nye County Emergency Services building. For your convenience, you can find directions using the maps on the official Las Vegas HAM exam website.
For examination schedules, you'll want to check with the actual examination providers, who have their own web page www.lvhamtest.com. You should consider the previously mentioned page as the primary source of Southern Nevada HAM radio scheduling information. You'll also find information on what items you'll want to bring to the test (identification, fees, calculators, etc.) Additionally, all upcomming exams can be looked up for any location through the ARRL Exam Session Search.
The Las Vegas area exams are held at the Parish Hall of the All Saints
Episcopal Church. Be sure to check for scheduling.

directions to
this site. I've included a Google map here to show you where it is on the
map. Google hasn't spent much effort getting street names right. If you
live in Pahrump, don't take it personally - Google just doesn't know what
they're missing. The testing site is near the northeast corner of the
intersection of "Yellow" and "N. Kitty Hawk/Vaquero" on Google, but those
are not the real street names. Please refer to the official HAM
testing site (linked above) for the most correct information.
